Process Involved

Our Workplace Health programme is a combination of:

AWARENESS RAISING e.g. providing information about a health issue through posters and leaflets.

SKILL BUILDING INITIATIVES e.g. workshop on healthy cooking methods, demonstration of relaxation techniques.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT e.g. healthy foods offered in the canteen, providing facilities that would encourage employees to make healthy choices such as a provision of an exercise room or storage areas for bikes.

POLICY DEVELOPMENT e.g. workplace policies developed and implemented covering areas such as mental health, smoking, alcohol, and drugs, nutrition and work life balance policies.

All these measures are designed to improve the health and well being of a business and its employees.
